Full Synopsis

In the year 2110, the world has survived climate catastrophe and autonomous wars, now finding a fragile stability under the watchful eye of Elpin Corporation. The wetlands have been returned to something ancient and wild. The sea has taken what it wanted, and humanity has learned, finally, to work with what remains. At the heart of this fragile recovery stands Elpin, a vast autonomous superintelligence quietly underpinning every system and every global decision.. Aanya is a brilliant scientist working alongside Elpin to scan distant star systems. But her admiration for her mentor, Dr Nathan Socha, is shaken when a landmark scientific discovery forces her to question everything she thought she knew.
